Good morning,
I have a problem with connections in RDP.
Basically, the client VLAN at the branch office behind a PA450 cluster is experiencing freezes in RDP connections to the HQ servers behind a PAVM300 cluster.
This is all handled by Panorama, and the rules to allow the traffic have been created correctly.
I have already tried disabling UDP on the client and to force what is reported in the following article
RDP Freeze Fix - GlobalProtect
I don't know what to think anymore, I don't see any errors or policies violated.
What is even stranger is that the disconnections do not involve all users at the same time, and there seems to be no hourly correlation.
Thanks to anyone who gives me time.

Hello @TasselloF ,
You can start to narrow down the issue to one point.
If your users still face the issue when not behind the PA-410, you can focus on the HQ site.
Panorama has no impact on the RDP traffic, it is only pushing rules to the devices.

Thank you Olivier,
I will try to make the users work in VPN connected in hotspot.
I am currently trying to get users to work through the “remote desktop” app and not through mstsc
