Hi,

forgot to mention the device details,

Device : PA-3020

PAN OS : 9.1.15-h1

L6 Presenter

Better upgrade to supported version and chase support as this seems more for them.

Outside of that you can try restarting the snmp/snmpd process to see if this helps and you can see https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/general-articles/automating-the-palo-alto-ngfw-s-process-deamon...

You may also try the Palo Alto AIOps as it can help for such issues but you again may need to upgrade:

 Hi @Satyak ,

Small correction to @nikoolayy1 reply - 9.1 is still fully supported. Especially on PA-3020 it will be supported until the EoL for the hardware (which is next year) - https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/services/support/end-of-life-announcements/hardware-end-of-life-dat...

So you don't have to upgrate yet, TAC should provide full support for. It is stll good idea, but you have plenty of time to plan proper maintenance for hardware replacment (PA-3020 does not support latest os versions)

Back to your question - It is little hard for me to understand the screenshot (it is too small), but first I would suggest to check if you are not facing false positive caused by SNMP monitowing explained in here - https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/kcsArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000PLOv

Check out the following documentation to confirm that management plane memory is indeed reaching its limit - https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA14u000000oNDmCAM

Hi Nikoolayy,

Thanks for the details.

I really appreciate for your response.

Hi Aleksandar,

Thanks for the details.

I really appreciate for your response.

Yes, you are right about the model and version. I see that for 9.1.16 is out but no mention of snmp or memory issues, so it could be something new for support to see.
