Here is the updated path to 10.2. Im unsure what PAN-OS version you are targeting but you can refer to the current preferred release list. We're personally running 10.2 and its been working well for us.

As @Claw4609 mentioned and provided the upgrade links the steps would be as follows:

• Download and install the latest preferred PAN-OS 9.1 maintenance release and reboot.
• Download PAN-OS 10.0.0.
• Download and install the latest preferred PAN-OS 10.0 maintenance release and reboot.
• Download PAN-OS 10.1.0
• Download and install the latest preferred PAN-OS 10.1 maintenance release and reboot.
• Proceed to Upgrade the Firewall to PAN-OS 10.2.

I am looking for the model PA-3020PA-3020 which is currently running in 9.1.13-h1. So can i do the upgrade till 10.2 or i can go to 11.0.0. series?

Hello @A.Mohan - the last supported OS for the PA-3020 is 9.1, with its end of life date being 31 October 2024.  Therefore, upgrading to any release beyond 9.1 is not supported on this platform, but 9.1 will be supported for the PA-3020 through to the PA-3020's end of life.

9.1.13-h1 is the current version running. so can you confirm that i can upgrade to 9.1.13-h5. or any other version. Can you plz suggest.

Hello @A.Mohan - any 9.1 release is supported by the platform.
