Unable to access Citrix Workspace Website using https.

L2 Linker

Hi Friends,

We have a customer who is using Citrix Workspace website for his internal organization.

The issue here is the user is able to access the website with http://url.

when the same user tried the same website using https://url it is not working.

When we check the traffic logs we are getting application incomplete for 443.

The policy is set as any to any and has a URL filtering profile.

Is there any chance the URL filtering is creating any issue ?

Please help me on this issue.

Thanks and Regards

Possible Causes and Solutions

Check Certificate Validity: Ensure that the SSL/TLS certificate for the website is valid and not expired. An expired or invalid certificate will prevent HTTPS connections.
Correct Certificate Configuration: Ensure that the certificate is correctly installed and configured on the server. This includes the full certificate chain being properly set up.
Certificate Trusted by Clients: Ensure that the certificate authority (CA) is trusted by the client's browser and system.

Port and Firewall Configuration:

Firewall Rules: Verify that port 443 is open on any firewalls between the client and the server. Although you mentioned the policy is set as any to any, double-check for any hidden or implicit rules that might affect HTTPS traffic.
Network Traffic: Ensure there are no network issues or packet drops for traffic on port 443. Use tools like telnet or nc to test connectivity on port 443. gm-socrates.com
