When viewing an external dynamic list that requires client authentication and you
Test Source URL, the firewall fails to indicate whether it can reach the external dynamic list server and returns a URL access error (ObjectsExternal Dynamic Lists).

and few says It looks like there is bug with Palo Alto.
Please note Authentication is not enabled.

Hi @SKumarDoli ,
I haven't faced such issue in a while, but if I remember correctly such bug could occur only if EDL is using HTTPS and you have configured certificate profile, not only when client auth is enabled.
If you want to see/search entries from the EDL you can try to do it under CLI. I don't have access to console right now, but if you search with
> find command keyword external-list
There were some options to list or search for specific entry.
If you want to confirm that EDL content is successfully updated you can check the System logs under Monitor Tab. Also check the task manager for the EDL refresh jobs
