Dear Community,

The customer has an SSD LED that is blue and flashing. And the document only provides HHD status was bule and have not any information about SSD.

Cause I cannot find any documents to provide M-200 System device (SSD) is in normal status.

M-200 Appliance Front Panel Description (paloaltonetworks.com)

Replacement only provides a log drive command

Replace an M-200 or M-600 Appliance System Drive (paloaltonetworks.com)

Replace an M-200 or M-600 Appliance Log Drive (paloaltonetworks.com)

Any any command to provide it System drive status? Thanks.

Hello,

To check the health status of your M-200 System SSD, you can use the Windows Command Prompt. Here’s how:

Click the Search button from the Taskbar.
Type in “CMD” and hit enter.
Type “WMIC” and hit enter.
Type “diskdrive get status” and hit enter.
You’ll receive one of two results in the command prompt:

If you see “OK,” your SSD is operating nominally.
If you see “Pred Fail,” it’s likely that your SSD is malfunctioning, and I recommend backing up your data promptly

Hope this will help you.
Best regards,
