Hello Rrau,

Please follow this document, hope it will help you. How to Delete Expired or Trial Licenses

Thanks

This works fine for removing the license from the FW, however, it does NOT remove them from the Customer Portal.  If you do a license refresh on the FW, those 'expired/trial' licenses are downloaded again.  How do we get them removed from the Customer Portal for good?

Running into this now. It's a trial license that we want removed. We did the delete license from the FW but panorama still sends out alerts about it being expired. Just want it gone.

Hello @rhunziker

to sync Panorama with latest license status of Firewall you should navigate in Panorama to: Device Deployment > Licenses, then press "Refresh", then select Firewall and click on "Refresh". Here is a reference from documentation: Manage Licenses on Firewalls Using Panorama (Scroll down to Update the license status of firewalls).

Kind Regards

Pavel

Hello @rhunziker

thank you for reply.

Could you confirm that trial license has been deleted from Firewall? Here is KB: How to Delete Active or Expired purchased and Trial Licenses from Firewall. Also do you see expired license in CSP under: Products > Devices? If yes, could you deactivate that license?

Kind Regards

Pavel
