I watched and copied the video to register the Palo Alto firewall in the panorama.

Managed Collectors, Collector Groups, License The settings are all complete.

Panorama server ip is also registered in permited ip.

Is there a solution to this?

thanks for the post.

Under assumption that Serial Number of Firewall in Panorama is correct and Firewall is configured with IP address of Panorama manager and this traffic is not blocked, the only thing that is missing is adding authentication key: https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/panorama/10-1/panorama-admin/manage-firewalls/add-a-firewall-as-a-...

This portion of configuration looks blank screen shots you provided.
