Panorama - SAML SSO with ADFS error

L0 Member

Hi,

We have configured SAML SSO with Microsoft ADFS 2016.

But after test, it gives error "Error Displaying SAML error response page".

Panorama version is 11.1

Below steps are performed.

1. Panorama side:

1a >Imported ADFS meatada under server profile> SAML Identity Provider

1b> authentication profile> select type SAML> Select IDP server profile (from previous step) > Username attribute: username (kept default) and then download Panorama metadata

2. ADFS side:

Imported Panorama metadata in relaying party trust and added claim rules

I am facing the same issue: I got an "Error Displaying SAML error response page" message after successful authentication. Have you got the SSO fixed? Please share the solution.

Since Panorama update from 10.2.13-h2 to 10.2.13-h4 we face the same problem. "Error Displaying SAML error response page". Any solution / workaround?

We could solve this with PAN TAC:

We found out we had those error messages:cdb stopped (pid: -1) - Exit Code: 100.
Then we also found out the panlogs partition was 100% full.

After clearing the panlogs partition CDB Process was able to start and soon after SAML Auth was functional again.
