Not seeing Global Protect devices - Last Push failed

Hey guys, in Cloud Managed, I am not seeing any of our devices (currently testing), and notice 'last push failed' for global protect.

 

Not familiar with cloud managed so I thought to ask here. What do I need to do to get global protect working properly in Cloud Managed?

 

Previously GlobalProtect and Prisma access was managed via Panorama, I am just checking out Cloud Managed as an alternative.

Hey Randy,

In this case, I think you need getting help from TAC team, it looks like some issue at backend.

Also, it should be now 4.1 Strata Cloud Manager console, it looks like you are still in old cloud management console

More hot water, otherwise try to reboot
