We have a service CNAME in DNS, and our certificate is expired. I uploaded the new certificate into the UI and it gave me an error. After several weeks, TAC finally addressed that error so I could upload and push the new certificate. Now, I uploaded the new certificate and did a push, but if I go to ssllabs.com and look at the CNAME, it still shows it has the old certificate. TAC has all but ghosted me, and my local account team is also not being responsive or helping. I have tried escalation to S1, to no effect. I've never paid this kind of money for a cloud service and been ghosted by a major corporation before. Has anyone else seen this?
