Prisma Access update date change

Hello PaloAltoNetworks Team,

 

Customer have received a notification of an update to Prisma Access.
The update states:

You may select a Prisma Access location and time window by accessing Insights and clicking the banner on the summary dashboard, or by navigating to Hub > Prisma Access > Insights > Prisma Access Upgrade Dashboard > Upgrade Preferences.
----------------

 

However, there is no such menu in SCM.

SCM seems to have been updated recently, so could you tell me where in the current menu I can set the update date?

@Y.Narita347153 We had the same question, but please check the SCM Configuration > Prisma Access Upgrades menu. This menu didn't exist just a day ago, but it seems Palo Alto silently fixed it.

In the case of Panorama Managed, the schedule does not appear to be displayed from SCM > Configuration > Prisma Access Upgrades.

I checked "Configuration > NGFW and Prisma Access > Configuration Scope > All Firewalls > SetupSoftware Update".
However, it redirects to "Configuration > Panorama".
I was unable to confirm the schedule.

 

Does anyone have any information on which instances will be affected by the upgrade, which will reach Phase 1 on October 17th, 2025, and how it will affect them?

We have confirmed the existence of the “Configuration > Prisma Access Upgrades” menu in the Prisma Access tenant of Panorama Managed. The “Configuration > NGFW and Prisma Access” menu does indeed redirect to “Configuration > Panorama”.

However, initially “Configuration > Prisma Access Upgrades” did not exist. After contacting Palo Alto, it became visible, so it might be best to contact them as well.

Still, it's frustrating that the documentation doesn't provide accurate information.スクリーンショット 2025-10-02 125153.png

It seems there is currently an issue where the schedule is not displayed in "SCM > Configuration > Prisma Access Upgrades."
I'm thinking of opening a case with TAC.

It's really disappointing that the documentation hasn't been updated or the issue not made public in a timely manner.
