I have home-office with Fortigate (which is support ipsec) 
I would like to set it up with remote network connection

Any document or any suggestions ?

Did you try option of setting up  IPSec VPN/GRE tunnels to the RN-SPNs that are closer to you ?
Then it will be the normal story of configuring your RN for your FGT CPE.
