Configuration Policy for Online Meetings only allow Port UDP

L0 Member

We created a Security policy to allow Online meeting only UDP ports that enter Prisma Access. There are 4 applications namely Webex, Google meet, Teams, and Zoom. 3 applications other than Zoom are running properly according to the rules made, but the Zoom application is still not working.
All the parameters needed have been entered into the Policy, but only the Zoom application has not been successful.

I will attach Capture Policy in this case

Can I be helped to solve this Zoom Application problem? Is there something wrong with the configuration that was made?

Does this cause the meetings to freeze without this policy?

Hello @Adhika , I would recommend to engage Palo Alto TAC team to look into this issue in real time. There are so many things that could cause this behavior but the support team should be able to diagnose the problem for you to determine the root cause.
