Could you please let me know about notifications for the content displayed in SCM Announcements (bell icon)?
Is there a way to send the content shown in the SCM Announcement (bell icon) via email or other methods?
I have checked the following URL and confirmed that it is possible to notify Announcements (bell icon) in a multi-tenant environment:

However, in a single-tenant environment, is it possible to achieve the same?
I have searched extensively but could not find a method for single-tenant environments.
