I want to know what is the scope of email integration in Prisma.
Suppose we already integration ServiceNow in Prisma. Do we need to integrate email too since ServiceNow will send a ticket anyhow to the users. I need some help to understand this.

There are two methods users/ prisma access admin will get notifications
1. Registering for Prisma Access Alerts
Log in to Prisma Access from cloud applications
Go to Alerts within Prisma Access Insights.
Click Alert Subscription.
Click + Add Users.
2. Register for email or text notifications for infrastructure upgrades
You can retrieve the status of all Palo Alto Networks cloud services, including Prisma Access and Cortex Data Lake, along with a historical record of the uptime of each service, by accessing https://status.paloaltonetworks.com. You also can sign up for email or text message updates at this site.
