I have completed the E-learn course " Secure Access Service Edge " ,but it is only showing Resume. I'm stuck here the forward progresses are locked. If anyone know how to solve please let me know.

Hello community,
I had the same problem with that Beacon's course "Secure Access Service Edge" module SASE Fundamentals, I can't continue with the next module because the SASE module are still in process state even despite having passed the knowledge test correctly, so to solve this problem I contacted the Beacon Education Services Support Team throught the email: beacon@paloaltonetworks.com , explaining my problem and then they quickly helped me to solve it and I can continue with the course without problems.
