API call to get circit names in ION SD-WAN?

Hi!
I'm trying to find API call, that gets circuit names as seen in SCM.

Have been researching whole day without success.

Reason for this:

- Some IONS have one fiber connection and one mobile connection

- I need a way to monitor just fiber connection. (our circuit name includes media type)

- Interface status is not enough, because fiber connection is connected using RJ45 via switch

- Monitoring all links is not solution, because sometimes mobile connection drops by certain causes.

Any hints?
