Cisco APs directly connected to ION 1200-S-C

I have two Cisco APs connected to a ION 1200-S-C running 6.5.3 code. I notice that flexconnect doesnt allow Teams traffic when the APs are directly connected to the ION but works when there's a switch between the ION and APs. ION ports 9 and 10 are configured as trunk when APs are connected. 

What configuration items should I check to ensure the ION isnt the issue?

What SSID and VLAN is your Teams traffic on?  Could you paste the configuration of the switch port connected to the APs?

Since this is a micro site of sorts, there is only 1 VLAN.  The SSID is Corp. The switchport is configured as this. 

interface GigabitEthernet1/0/2
description AP
switchport trunk allowed vlan 800
switchport trunk native vlan 800
switchport mode trunk
end

On the ION, the switchport is similar config

Thanks for the info!  That is very strange.  So all the other traffic works except for Teams when directly connected to the ION?
