Any pointers to check - why all our SDWAN appliance, 3200s and 9200 have their "logging service connection status" forever Offline?

I see the same issue after ION upgrade. I dont see this feature in the old image. did this happen after an upgrade ? what image are you running ?

Logging Service Connection Status: Offline' is showing up for log forwarding to Cortex Data Lake (CDL). This will not affect any of your current functionality. This is showing up on the Strata Cloud Manager (SCM) GUI since SCM is an integrated platform for all PAN NGFW firewalls, and these firewalls can be configured to forward logs to CDL. As of now, the CDL logging feature is not available for Prisma SD-WAN ION devices -- this from PA TAC
