Introduction to Cybersecurity

So I completed the introduction to cybersecurity course that palo alto provides, despite completing the course, it shows in progress on the home page and at the end on the course there is no popup or whatsoever.
Do we get a certificate on completion or not, if we do then how do I resolve my issue.
