Hi @Gokul_K , upgrading an agent to a new version depends on several factors like the

  1. internet connectivity - the faster the network, the faster the upgrade rate
  2. number of parallel upgrades configured in the tenant - the maximum is 500. Tenants with high number of endpoints will experience delays
  3. Broker VM with caching enabled - enabling caching will store a copy of the installer locally on the Broker VM (ensure the configurations are set as per the documentation). All subsequent downloads for new agent installers will be requested to the Broker VM. Hence, all network traffic will switch from internet to internet.

You can also consider leveraging SCCM/GPO to push upgrades - it is similar to Broker VM with caching (i.e., routing internet requests to intranet). This is widely used solution in the industry.
