Global Protect VPN connection issue with 3-rd party AV installed

While connecting with Global Protect VPN I get the device is not compliant because Anti-virus and Anti-spyware are not installed or are not up-to-date. I use 3-rd party security solution. Anti-virus and Anti-spyware are installed and up-to-date. The question is how does Global Protect VPN identify the status of AV and Anti-spyware? Security Center shows AV is installed and up-to date. Product state is 397312.
