Q1：Why doesn't the tunnel come up when I install the ZTNA connector on VMware?
Q2：After initially configuring the ztna connector, is it normal for the tunnel status to be down?

A1: does the ztna connector have access to the internet?
udp/500, udp/4500, tcp/443 , access to a DNS server, etc.
A2: it should come up once it is able to connect to the nearest node
