L0 Member

yesterday I found that my PA410 has no logging service at management page for enable cloud logging.
and CLI have no command to support PSK code to add firewall to inventory of strata logging instance.
then copilot replied that it may need CSP provide OTP .
but I do not know the command to enter OTP and do not know where to generate OTP , because PSK is the only button, i find in app page of strata logging instance.

Background:

Account selector choose vendor Oppo customer , it show activation button for strata cloud manager

after click activate for US region for my firewall located in hong kong , it has no response,
I did not enter any tenant and no cloud identity engine
