Hello Bob, In "Device>User Identification>User Mapping" click the icon next to "Palo Alto Networks User ID Setup". Select "WMI Authentication" tab. You can specify the WMI account and password here. This is a user account that exists on your domain that has the ability to read the security logs from domain controllers on your network. Remember to commit to apply the changes!
