The scheduled report came through email, (PDF), but still cannot download the created report from the device. Any way to have the scheduled report send in .CSV format?

I sent the following in to our VAR/SE for a product Enhancement. If you feel the same, I hope you can request this also. What are your thoughts on this request? The Reporting structure on the PA GUI is set up to MAKE lots of reports, and/or auto-generate to email or view on the device. (Not sure, but I believe the Panorama is similar, if not the same?). However, to REMOVE old reports, requires a multi-step, convoluted process, that is prone to mistakes, and can miss lots of these reports that may no longer be needed, and involves using the CLI to do this process. I would like to see a new tab in the “Monitor/PDF Reports” section that will list EACH TYPE of report in a separate tab, with ALL the generated Reports listed below each Report type, and have the option on this page to View, Export, Print, and DELETE any or all reports . This should also have a hook into the Master scheduled reports, so we can see visually the “tree” of reports, so if a schedule is no longer needed, or an auto-generated report is noted that does not need to be run, it can be stopped at this point.

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue, on a PA2020 pair, since upgrading to 5.0 (currently at 5.0.4). The reports run fine (I am running a 30 day report on "online-personal-storage") even if it takes a while. When trying to export (pdf, csv, xml) a new browser page starts, and sits, and sits, then eventually times out. I DID get ONE .pdf file that did export, one time, not sure why that worked... Scheduling the report has the same issue also, the reports do not get emailed, pulling up the reports also cannot export them to any format. I currently have 3 reports needing to be generated and distributed, clients are waiting.... Update: The Email scheduling and Scheduled reports had been cleared on the appliance, so this portion is unknown for me at this time. I have set this up to run and email, so should have another status tomorrow. One report for the above shows for April 30th, this report cannot be exported using any format. Found that adding "SilverLight", and "Flash" let the .js files work, but this brings up another question: During my troubleshooting, I was looking for ANY traffic from my test laptop on the Internet (static Public IP), for all Monitoring tabs. I was able to see "Web-Browsing" on port 80, but that was the ONLY traffic seen (Allowed OR Denied) Once I added "SilverLight", on the Traffic Monitor, I am now seeing allowed traffic for "Web-Browsing" AND "SilverLight". Why is this traffic showing on the logs after allowed, but NOT showing on the logs when it should have been showing as "denied"?

Our WebMaster is working on implementing some .js files on our WebServer. He has a few specific .js files loaded onto our Web Servers. They load up with no problems internally (Our PA allows ALL traffic from internal to our DMZ, Internal and External traffic both flow through an A10 Load Balancer to our two physical servers). From the OUTSIDE, the .js files will "partially" download, then hang. Our Policies only allow "Web-Browsing" and "Web-Crawler" applications access. I have been all over the PA Monitor tabs, and do not see ANY blocked or denied traffic. Is there some specific application that needs to be allowed to have this function? Here is the .js file in question: http://www.co.shasta.ca.us/App_Master/mediaelementjs/mediaelement-and-player.min.js Once in a great while it will load, but if I clear the browser cache, it again hangs during loading.
