After the upgrade to 11.1.4-h7 from 11.1.2-h3, we cannot log in using our admin credential on the GUI. We are getting error "Invalid username or password" and "Your login session has expired and you have been logged out for security reasons. Please log in again if you wish to continue." There were no changes before the upgrade. Cannot log in even in an incognito browser and via CLI, also cleared the cache but still same issue. The pa-vm is hosted in Azure, it's almost 3 hours since the reboot of the firewall.
Can anyone help me on this?

Brother, this is from HK. I encountered the similar problem in PA440 with 11.1.4h7. my PA has just one super admin account and I did not change the pw. I cannot login until recover from a few previous running-config and can login the pa440 again. After a few backup restore, I confirmed no password change. Anyway, it is better to have another super admin account. However, I created multiple account (superadmin, read-only superadmin) and cannot login. the log keeps telling me "fail authentication user "superadminxxx". Reason: Authentication profile not found for the user. From x.x.x.x
Finally, I upgrade to h9 and I can login the new created super admin user. It proved that the PA hit bug, there is no contract on this PA, so I cannot confirm. Anyway, I downgraded to the original release h7 (it is sill preferred release) and can login the new created account.
Suggest you guys having RADIUS/more than one account (and assign to password profile).

I appreciate your response and for sharing that you experienced the same issue.
What we did was create a new virtual machine (VM), then we restored our previous backup from before the upgrade. After doing that, the credentials were accepted, and we were able to proceed with the upgrade again. It was a bit tedious, and it's still strange because we were upgrading to the same -h7 version and within the same cloud environment. However, only one PA-VM encountered that kind of issue.
