License Fetch failing

L0 Member

I've installed a pair of VM in AWS in HA.

Currently the license page is blank in the GUI and the licenses seem unable to be installed on the device. I would appreciate ideas and help on how to address this.

This is the result of the configd.log after a manual request license fetch

Same time vm_license_response.log

----response start----
<SiteLicenses xmlns:i="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns="http://schemas.datacontract.org/2004/07/LicensingAPI.Models"><Licenses><License><Enabled>true</Enabled><Expiry>7-18-2043 05:39:57</Expiry><Name>LoggingServices</Name></License><License><Enabled>false</Enabled><Expiry></Expiry><Name>AutoFocus</Name></License></Licenses><Message>SUCCESS</Message></SiteLicenses>

----response end----

I have no idea why it wants to do anything with AutoFocus or if that is even a part of the issue...

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

Vincent
