Hi,
PA series send an alert e-mail as HTML.
Could I receive the e-mail as TXT format?

Hello Tomoyuki ,
As per my knowledge, i don't think there is any option to change the email notification format. The notification would be sent to an email-gateway server. Probably, you could try there to change the format from XML to text.
Else, You can definitely request to your local SE and have a feature filed for this.
