Increase paste buffer on PAN (or other import methods)

L1 Bithead

I am attempting to paste a large number of cli commands from a config converted from another vendor. When I paste via SecureCRT or Putty the commands begin to truncate after around line 20, depending on the length of each line. This is limited to PANOS and not any other devices, so I am assuming it is related to a buffer in PAN. Does anybody know of a way to increase that buffer or is there a way to copy the file with the commands to the device and execute the script locally?

"set cli scripting-mode on"

then "configure" and paste your CLI commands.

After exiting config mode, be sure to use "set cli scripting-mode off" to return to the regular CLI configuration.

Hello,

I have copied around 40 commands and pasted in putty and it took it with no issues.

I tried with set mode using below command

>set cli config-output-format set

I have not been able to verify this yet, but based off two answers and further research, I believe it is correct.
