Can someone provide information about how alerts work in AIOps? What I am looking for is how the alerts get managed. The documentation doesn't describe what Acknowledge or Supress actually does.
We're trying to understand how issues can be resolved after we have made the necessary changes. Does the system have the capability to see the changes fixed on the firewall and then it clears the alert?
It seems acknowledging the alerts sometimes causes them to disappear, but I can't under the logic.
