I blocked QUIC within panorama shared policy last week. AIOPS still recommends blocking QUIC. How do I get AIOPS to recognize that we are blocking QUIC with an App group? I can't create a ticket as the ticket platform keeps shoving me to the LIVE community. I don't think anyone here is able to help as this seems like a parsing issue on AIOPS.

I setup a new free tenant for AIOPS, but i am unable to use the BPA tool to upload tech-support file, I have tried many times in last 24 hrs. Its just quickly spins out. Also does the free tier only provide DNS and wildfire information as report section is also all empty.
We have setup AIOPS to test out and successfully onboarded 6 premise firewalls 5450 runnig 10.1.3 PANOS. In the AIOPS app the 6 devices are listed but we only see 9 health warning and no other data. My firewalls are configured correctly and sending data to the hub but I am not seeing any of that data in the AIOps NGFW app in the hub. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
Does anyone here know much about this?
