AI Ops not showing correct firewall licenses

For some strange reason, AI Ops showing that we don't have Advanced Threat Protection Licenses on our FWs but if you go to Panorama and look at licenses for FWs, ATP shows as an active subscription. Any idea why AIOPS isn't picking up the right licen

You can't create a rule notification for "System-Failure"???
