AIOps Incorrect MP CPU Usage for VM

On VM firewall models the "Management Plane CPU Usage" metric appears to sum the usage of "pan_task" processes, which are related to the dataplane. This causes the MP CPU metric to be way higher than what it is in reality and generates a large number of false positive Resource Limits alerts.

AI OPS dashboard timeframe

Hello,Is there a way to change the default 30day timeframe on the default dashboards that show up after AIOPS login? The dashboard timing out alerts after 30 days is not helpful for security reports. If I can get the dashboards to show every open issue no matter how old it is, that will be a lot better for quarterly team reporting.

Hi guys, good day. My question is simple: Is there a way I can offboard the devices from the AIOps for NGFW using the free version? Some of my old devices has been removed from the environment and I need to remove it from the baseline.
