Issues fixed as recommended by AIOPS Premium console are still being reported negatively

Cortex Data Lake Instance Not Being Created for AIOps Free Tier

I've followed all of the steps in the AIOps onboarding guide but a Cortex Data Lake instance is not appearing in the hub despite waiting several days.   I'm expecting to see the free telemetry only instance created according to the documentation sinc

When looking at details in Feature Adoption, the location states "vsys1" rather than the hostname of the firewall.
