Hi,
My customer had requested a 90-days trial license for AIOps from the CSP portal. Once submitted, he received an activation email which upon clicking "Activate", directed him to HUB for activation process. However in the page, the "Select CDL Instance" drop down menu is grayed out.
Without the CDL Instance selection, he's unable to proceed for activation. May I know what could be the reason for this problem?
Appreciate the advice.

Hi @AlexCheong ,
The video Scenario 3/4 says that CDL is required for AIOps Premium (1:40). "The workflow will stop is there is no CDL."
Like you, I was told that I could activate the trial license without CDL. The video says otherwise. Customers can request a trial CDL license from their PANW SE.
Thanks,
Tom

Hi Tom,
Thanks for your reply. Let me get the CDL license and try this again.

Alex

Hi Tom,
The customer had requested and activated the CDL trial license but unfortunately the "Select CDL Instance" is still grayed out in the AIOps activation page. Any idea?
Regards,
Alex
