AIOps for NGFW (Free) displays no Data

L0 Member

Hello.

I have a problem with AIOps for NGFW (Free). The Firewall (PA-220) is successfully connected and is sending telemetry-data to the cloud. AIOps for NGFW has also been activated successfully. But after opening the AIOps app in the Hub, I can't see any data from the firewall.

Regards,

Stefan

Hello @skuegler,

I saw your post and have a few recommendations for you. Does this help?

How long AIOps has been activated?

It takes some time to populate that data once the portal comes online.

Hello.

Thank you for your reply. AIOps has been activated 2 days ago. I just looked into Hub - but there is still no data.

Hi

I am also having the same issue, however both my Telemetry and Aiops instance have been active for much longer, the firewall has been online for over three years now and has always had successful telemetry and the Aiops instance has been activated for several months, hope we can find a solution.
