Firewalls not appearing in AIOps

L1 Bithead

I've added 5 firewalls to AIOPs and only two are appear. The other three have the same setting but no data is being import into the dashboard. What could be wrong?

Hi @MemjetITS ,

On the Hub, what do you see under Common Services (upper right) > Device Associations?

Under AIOps, what do you see under Settings > Device Inventory?

Please check out these videos to see if they can help -> https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/aiops-for-ngfw-discussions/new-activation-onboarding-and-upgrad....

Thanks,

Tom

Hi @MemjetITS ,

Do you have telemetry enabled on all NGFWs?

Thanks,

Tom

Hi Tom, Telemetry is enabled and there is a valid device certificate. In the system log I can see the files are being uploaded successfully and the traffic logs show that the packets are passing the firewalls.

Its been quite a few days these two firewalls are not appearing in the AIOps dashboard.

Cheers

That was it. it took a while for the common services to even show up in the UI.

Hi Tom,

Seems like I need to add the devices to Common Services (upper right) > Device Associations. After a while they became green in the AIOps dashboard.

Cheers,

Ash
