Resolved! Error When Opening AIOPs Application

Just to preface this, I have already registered for AIOps and used it several times before this issue popped up. I can no longer login to AIOps as I receive the following error whenever I attempt to open the application. Error Unable to retrieve regional info. Please navigate to this application from the Application Hub to continue.

AIOps Adaption Summary

I was going through the AIOps adaption summary, and it found a few rules that were not logging. I fixed the rules, but they still show as not logging, and it has been a week or so. How often should AIOps be updating this information? I am on the free tier at the moment, but want to see value before I would license it.
