AIOPS Free version not reporting all DATA

We have setup AIOPS to test out and successfully onboarded 6 premise firewalls 5450 runnig 10.1.3 PANOS. In the AIOPS app the 6 devices are listed but we only see 9 health warning and no other data. This is now running for 5 days with no real metrics

AIOps Data Not In Hub

My firewalls are configured correctly and sending data to the hub but I am not seeing any of that data in the AIOps NGFW app in the hub. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

 I activeted the AIOps for NGFW on my account.

All firewall seems to be connected to Telemetry, I onboarded all on DataLake but they are still disconnected:

What can I do?

Move NGFW to another instance and delete instance in AIops.
