When I login via GUI to my paloalto device I get this Server Rebooting

 

Please wait while the server reboots... loading(symbol)

-Have you recently upgraded your Pan-Os?

-Are you able to access the CLI? - Yes, I'm able SSH the device

-Have you recently upgraded your Pan-Os? No, it's been more than 2years
