AI OPS dashboard timeframe

Hello,Is there a way to change the default 30day timeframe on the default dashboards that show up after AIOPS login? The dashboard timing out alerts after 30 days is not helpful for security reports. If I can get the dashboards to show every open issue no matter how old it is, that will be a lot better for quarterly team reporting.

Hi guys, good day. My question is simple: Is there a way I can offboard the devices from the AIOps for NGFW using the free version? Some of my old devices has been removed from the environment and I need to remove it from the baseline.

AIOPS remove device from inventory

Hello, When I try to remove a device from AIOPS device inventory by clicking the "Onboarded" check mark I receive the error "Failed to offboard hostname: <device name>". The device is no longer send telemetry. Any thoughts as to how I can remove the device? Thank you.

AIOPS Free instance not showing Health Status for the devices

I have a 3 days old AIOPS free instance, I onboarded most of our firewalls, more than 50 are already visible in the device inventory and it says telemetry information is being collected for all of them. My Device Security has gone from Good to Fair because of an anomaly, i think. The seggested remediation does not read correctly. I have already blocked all QUIC apps but the AIOPS is still complaining. Am I the only one confused? Please Help.
