I do see all my firewalls in AIops and have some data on them.
In the posture BPA I see "The Best Practices report is not available for this device because it is not sending configuration file via telemetry"
In telemetry for all of my firewalls I see "Status Success" for all types of telemetry data. Threat, Health and performance and Product usage.
Some data seems to get into AIops but other is not.

Is there any clear steps available to activate or view AIOPS dashboard? For me when I go to the hub its not showing the activate button for AIOPS itself but I can see the activate button in AIOPS free. Is enabling telemetry is an option or requirement?

Hi,
I am seeing similar issues with some of my customers and for now, PANOS version is the suspect. I'm running 10.2.5 back home and can see all data but customers are missing certain tabs in AIOps. They are running lower version than mine.
