L0 Member

🔊 What is happening?
If AIOps Premium licenses have expired, the affected firewalls will be downgraded to AIOps Free. Subsequently, if the Tenant Service Group (TSG) has no valid Premium licenses, the AIOps Free instance will be migrated to Strata Cloud Manager Essentials (SCM-Essentials). Once this migration is complete, any empty Premium instances are removed.

🛠Action Required

Palo Alto Networks engineering teams will handle the migration. No action from the AIOps Premium/AIOps Free customer.

🏆 What to Expect After the Downgrade to AIOps Free / Migration to SCM-Essentials

The downgrade to the AIOps Free tier will result in changes to the features and functionality available for the affected firewalls.
