My organization is blocking access to all social networking sites however there is a new requirement to allow a few users to access www.ello.co site with R/O access and upload and download should be blocked.
I have run wireshark and can'f find any tcp stream which clearly depicts the valid pattern in HTTP. Would you be able to test that in your lab and let me know if is feasible?

Ello.co is running through SSL, you need to run SSL Decryption to achieve what you describe before even thinking about a signature.
After that you should use Chrome dev tools to capture HTTP calls and look for parameters you are looking for.
