Issue with disabling Global Protect client using API

L1 Bithead

When entering a valid request number and selecting the correct portal. API is returning

object(stdClass)#4 (2) {

["@attributes"]=> object(stdClass)#3 (1) {

["status"]=>

string(5) "error"

} ["msg"]=>

object(stdClass)#5 (1) {

["line"]=> string(32) "Command succeeded with no output"

}

}```

https://panorama.foo.bar/api/?type=op&cmd=<request><global-protect-portal><ticket><duration>1439</duration><portal>GlobalProtect_Portal</portal><request>1234-ABCD</request><tpl>Mobile_User_Template</tpl></ticket></global-protect-portal></request>"

You need to add the tpl element to the API request. That's at least how I fixed it.

Cheers

Christoph

This, I found out the hard way and saw that adding <tpl>Mobile_User_Template</tpl> in the API reference. We had been using a legacy Panorama from the start on PanOS 9.x so only needed to do this from 10.x I'd assume.
