I have add a web page to the white list. When I try opening the page it states "internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I have tried this web page from 2 of our facilities, 1 (no PaloAlto Firewall) works fine, 2 (PaloAlto Firewall) cannot be displayed. any ideas?

Hi,
What is application you have put in the policy? Is it ust that specific webpage cannot work or all web traffic cannot? Under normal situation you should see a blocking page even the whitelist does not work. You can also go to device-> response page to enable application blocking page so that you can have better idea if it is app control problem or the URL control problem.
