Hi
The XML-API response for
/api/?type=op&cmd=<show><running><resource-monitor><ingress-backlogs></ingress-backlogs></resource-monitor></running></show>
does not copy the session-id into the session-details. This means there is no way to match the session-id from top-sessions.
I know I could process the data and run additional api calls, but the data is already there, it is just missing that one field.
How do I make this a feature request?
Thanks

To request a feature, speak to your Palo Alto Networks representative, or the partner/reseller/distributor you purchased from.

Thanks for responding. It seems that was the only way, thankfully we have an awesome Palo Rep. We were dealing with, is it a bug, or is it a feature request, or is it a question that can be answered in LIVEcommunity? . It hasn't been solved yet but progressing with Palo, and just to make it more difficult for us, we upgraded to 10.1.x code, and encountering another issue where both the CLI or XML are no longer reporting any offending sessions for ingress-backlogs. I am sure the code from 9 to 10 couldn't have improved that much?! 🙂
