What comes to mind when you think of social media? For us, it’s two words: connect and inform. This communication outlet gives us the ability to share information and also learn from you. Here on the LIVEcommunity, we engage and connect with all our members daily, across various areas on our page.
Our goal is to create a community where you can learn, connect, and engage with all our security professionals. Social media allows us to engage with you and bring conversations together.
For us on LIVEcommunity, social media is a care and engagement channel where we are creating peer-to-peer connections and providing answers and resources that help you. This is why we like to refer to social media as social care because we think of our social channels as a place where we can nurture and connect with you to help you find the answers you need.
As we continue to work to create this community for you, we utilize our social care channels to foster engagement and build this community. Our social care channels not only to engage with you, but also to educate you about all things Palo Alto Networks. These channels also help us share new product features, tips and tricks, configuration tutorials, and conversations that LIVEcommunity members are having about all the tools and resources you need.
Aside from providing you with resources, we also strive to consistently understand what answers you’re looking for. We do this by creating polls and also responding to your social media posts. Social media has allowed us to meet you where you are and help point you in the right direction.
