At Palo Alto Networks, we are focused on Customer Support and helping Security Professionals finding the answers that they need to address their daily Security Challenges. One of the ways that we are doing that is with the introduction of the Customer Support Resources Made Simple Video Series. 

 

Steve Cloughesy, VP Customer Support Delivery Americas, kicks off the video series, introducing all of the parts of this video series. He talks about Beacon, BPA Tool, Online Resources, Searching, Chrome Extension and Customer Support Portal.
