Fuel Workshop - June 2026 - Introducing CSP AI Copilot - Watch Now.png

On both June 8 and June 12 of 2026, we heard from Sawan Jain on the new capability that has been added to CSP - the AI Copilot.

During this event, Sawan showed us this new tool, gave some background on why this tool was implemented, and then shows us in detail how it works.  In the second half of this series, we learned about best practices for ASCs with regards to the different resources that are available to them and, to a lesser degree, what is available for customers as well.

Please note - when you download the presentations, if you are NOT a Palo Alto Networks ASC, you may not have access to all of the links that are listed.  It will not be uncommon for you to get an 'Access Denied' message.  A lot of these links are for ASCs only.
